1 credit equals 1 translated page. When you upload a document, only the pages you choose to translate use credits, so you can translate just the abstract or a single chapter.
No. Pack credits have no expiration date. Monthly plan pages and the 50 free monthly pages reset each month, and they are used before your pack credits.
Every verified account without a plan gets 50 free pages each calendar month. A monthly plan replaces them with 1,500 or 3,800 pages that reset at each renewal. You can cancel anytime from the link in your receipt email; the pages stay usable until the end of the paid month, and credits from packs are never affected.
The first time a document is processed, its page layout is extracted and kept with the job for 24 hours. If you re-translate the same document into another language or with a different model in that time, that extraction step is skipped, so the new translation starts sooner.
Nothing. Credits are only used once your translated PDF is ready, and only for the pages that were actually translated. If a translation fails or is cancelled, no credits are used.
